With everything, If by application of the legislation in force, and by virtue of an administrative resolution or a judicial sentence, Ports & Estibajes S. A. is obliged to compensate any damage as a result of the improper use of the Site by a User or breach of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, the User is obliged to reimburse it or indemnify it, as the case may be.
Guarantee and answer about the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided by the User, undertaking to keep them duly updated.

The User will be subject to the following obligations if he establishes a link or hyperlink between his web page and any of the web pages or the site of Puertos & Estibajes S.A.

Compensation

The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless from any direct, indirect, foreseen and unforeseen damage, or any other, a Puertos & Estibajes S.A. its executives, directors or employees, of any claim, action or demand, including -without limitation- the disbursements in which Puertos & Estibajes S.A. must have incurred for legal and accounting advice, that are derived directly or indirectly from the use that the User has given to the contents of the Site, to the services offered, of the material or breach of the stipulations contained in this instrument.

Competent Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. The user or visitor of Puertofenix.com.py unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Paraguay for the resolution of any doubt, difficulty or controversy related to all or part of the Terms and Conditions. For all the legal effects derived from this instrument, the parties fix their address in the city and commune of Mariano Roque Alonso.
